What is Covid19 Portal?
Indian Railways - Covid19 Portal helps Family members of Covid Patients to view the Patient’s Covid Status, Treatment Status, Admission/Ward-Bed Status and Patient condition as per the latest online update.
The status of the Patient is updated from time to time by the Hospital Personnel. The Family member can also see the time stamp of the last update.

How to view the Patient status in the Portal through Access Code?
To protect the privacy of the Patient, the access is restricted. Without Access Code it is not possible to view the status of the Patient.
Access code is sent on the mobile number Registered at the time of Admission.
If Access Code is entered in the Portal, the last updated status of the patient can be seen.

How to know the Patient status through Covid Help Desk?
To provide easy access to the information, the family members can also call on the centralised Helpdesk to seek the information as well as to know the Access Code. Please call at Hospital specific Helpdesk number and ask for the information by informing Patient details or UMID number of the patient.
